This is one of the coolest ad units we have created. Plural and Partners was approached by Deutch LA to work on the new HTC Rezound Online advertising campaign.
The unit consists of a guy experiencing his playlist as he unexpectedly walks into the middle of Yahoo’s Sports page.
The sound of the Beats is so loud that he blows a hole through the page to reveal the HTC Rezound. The ad then collapses and leaves the user with a 300 x 250 banner on the right, as well as an expandable banner along the top. When users click “expand” The banner expands again and lets the user explore the features of this the device.
The Rich Media ad campaign was Yahoo’s ad of the week.
